Joe Floriano first discovered his passion for baking alongside his father at the age of 8. Ever since he’s been delighting customers with sweet delicacies at Enrico’s Pastry Shop. With two storefronts in the Bronx and Hartsdale, NY and over 53 years in business since his parents founded the bakery, Joe’s success is no accident. Priding himself on quality and customer service he fondly remembers his father’s mantra “Quality in gets quality out” and continues this philosophy proudly. In Joe’s opinion one of the greatest aspects of being a baker is the creative process. Experimenting with recipes, flavors and new products is a joy he gets to share with satisfied customers. Throughout the NY metro region Enrico’s pastries and desserts can be found in super markets, delis and fine restaurants.

Since opening the 2,400 square foot location of Enrico’s in Hartsdale, NY in 2010, Joe not only extended the brand but also the products and specialties the bakery offered. Homemade gelatos and Italian ices are authentic and savory. Serving the best traditional Italian and Jewish desserts in the area Enrico’s also offers Kosher delicatessen goods as well.

Over the last several years Joe has re-invented classic snack foods from his childhood into elegant desserts. The newest dessert kraze to come from Joe’s baking ingenuity is Jolie's Kronies! (Named after his 5 –year old daughter and the term she chose when tasting the treat). The wholesale market for the product is growing every day as this amazing dessert catches on. A Kronie is a croissant-donut hybrid Joe created, as the cronut became a trending dessert to hit the bakery scene. The Kronie has been called “THE BEST DAMN DONUT AROUND,” by many customers and has already gained culinary kudos. Recently mentioned by the NY Daily News as “life changing”, Jolie’s Kronies are a brand new take on dessert-combining authentic ingredients with expert precision and intense flavor to make the lasting impression so many are returning for!
